How AI replies work

  2. AI drafts up to three replies from this page and the conversation, in the guest's language.
  3. Your team taps one, edits if needed, and sends. Nothing goes out on its own.
  4. Anything special is flagged (complaints, money, VIP requests, a guest asking for a person) so a human handles it.
